The company deliberately included incorrect customs information on the parcel.
When I asked who pays the customs duties, I received the following email:
"Dear,
After you pay the tax, please provide us with the bill and we will reimburse you for the tax.
Please consider keeping the order and coordinating with local customs clearance.
Best Regards,
[****]"
Now that I have paid the customs fee, the company no longer responds to my emails and the request to refund the fees as announced.
I consider the whole procedure of the company to be fraudulent. Due to the great distance, customers have no way of taking action against this behavior.
It is always best to order from a local retailer, unfortunately I ordered directly from China and have now had this experience.
