Gravador a laser de diodo Twotrees TS2 10W

This is my laser engraving machine. I saw a low price point on this, so I thought this can be a good entry level machine, especially when I see some good reviews about this.

Pros: Low price point and it works so far. Packaging done very well. E-mail support is great.

Cons: Shipping was slow, and actually nothing was shipped a week after the order was placed until I e-mailed the company. Feels like someone just figured out how to sell this, then put it out immediately without much refining. Instructional manuals are not very helpful - pictures in the manual are small and colors don't match the actual machine. Had to watch the videos the company provided on YouTube for several steps to understand exactly what I needed to do. There are important details that are not mentioned in the manual nor the videos, for instance when you connect two parts together, the wires need to go above or below the connection. I spent probably 4-5 hours collectively to put the whole thing together, spending time taking things apart because of mistakes that can be avoided if instructions are written better. Cable management is not the best when there are wires dangling at different parts of the machine, and no instructions on how to deal with that.

4 stars because there are a lot of improvements that can be made to make this a great machine.

Build quality is extremely good. It was fairly easy to assemble, a few stages made me stop and think, but everything was intuitive and fit together nicely. Instructions are brief. Extremely easy to follow after I assembled the machine, but I was baffled briefly a couple of times. Videos on the website moved so quickly that it was impossible for me to follow. They also had no narration or any explanation of the steps. Again, easy to understand AFTER you have done it once.
It's very easy to engrave things on the first try. The software provides tests to find tune settings. Cutting was better than I expected for a moderately power laser.
I am extremely happy with the machine and it's gotten quite a bit of use so far.
I have had to move the device a couple of times and the frame is very rigid and everything stays square. It's a really nice tool.

I purchased this engraver to use with the 2W IR laser and it is working perfectly.

Still learning and hoping to make some really nice things. I have a friend in Bostin that bought on too and he knows al lot more then me about Lasers but im geting there to.
