The Pro specification lists 80 mm Z travel, 15.45 kg net weight, a 72 W power supply and a 775 brushed spindle with model-dependent speed. The Ultra lists 100 mm Z travel, 19 kg, a 216 W dual-channel supply and a 500 W standard spindle.
The Pro page lists a maximum engraving-speed label of 800 mm/min; the Ultra page lists 3,000 mm/min. These are manufacturer maxima, not cycle-time or finish guarantees.
More Z travel can help taller stock and fixtures, but usable cutter reach and structural leverage still depend on the complete setup.

The Pro is the more relevant baseline when projects fit 460 × 460 × 80 mm and the standard spindle path serves the expected engraving and routing work. Its lower listed weight may also matter in a shop where the machine must occasionally be moved.

The Ultra aligns more directly with users who have a recurring reason for its listed 500 W spindle, 100 mm Z travel and higher maximum motion label. Deep stock does not automatically mean deep cutting; fixture height, flute length and rigidity remain constraints.
